# Getting Access

Get your app registered, receive your credentials, and get the SDK. Registration runs through the MetaMarket team rather than a self-serve signup.

If you have not decided yet, [Evaluate MetaMarket](/evaluate-and-integrate/evaluate.md) covers what to check before you commit.

## Request access

The team registers your game and returns:

* an app id that identifies your game on every request;
* the gateway address your client will point at;
* the SDK.

The SDK is a .NET library. It is not published to a public package feed; it is delivered as part of onboarding rather than installed from NuGet. Any stack that speaks HTTP and JSON can integrate directly against the [HTTP API](/evaluate-and-integrate/api-guide.md), implementing the device-key authentication the SDK handles (P-256 keygen and proof-of-possession signing); the typed SDK is the convenience path for .NET clients, not the only one.

## Configure and test

A game's mechanics, its actions, resources, quests, and rewards, are authored as configuration and applied by the team during onboarding. In practice you describe what your game needs, and the configuration is prepared and reviewed together before it goes live. [App Configuration](/evaluate-and-integrate/app-configuration.md) covers what that configuration contains and how a change reaches the running engine. From there you run a supported test integration against a working environment: sign a player in, send actions, read state back, and confirm each mechanic behaves the way your design intends.

## Prepare for production

Production requirements, the environment your game points at, the configuration it launches with, and the operating commitments around it, are agreed as part of onboarding. [Production Operations](/architecture-and-trust/production-operations.md) describes how the platform behaves in production; [Product availability](/overview/current-scope.md) is the current state of every capability you might build on.

When you are ready, [get in touch](https://metamarket.tech/#contact) to register your game. The [Integration walkthrough](/evaluate-and-integrate/quickstart.md) is the first thing you build once you have access.
